Our Core Judo Classes
JUDO FUNDAMENTALS: Beginner & intermediate oriented classes that teach the fundamentals of Olympic Judo that are fun, inclusive and build a strong mind and body.

JUDO ESSENTIALS: Classes for beginners through advanced level players that teach essential judo skills and prepare them for competition at the local and national levels.
This class is closed during judo season (Feb. to mid-May).​

Thursdays 4:30-5:00pm (Beginners)

Sundays 2:00-4:00pm (Nagekomi Practice)

BACK TO BASICS JUDO: Focuses on the finer points of basic fundamental technique as well as conditioning exercises to build the strength and flexibility to execute them.

Weekday Morning Adult Judo
Our weekday morning adult class caters to adults who wish to try judo for the first time as well as those with previous experience who would like to refresh their skills. Students generally progress at their own pace, focusing on safety and effective application of techniques.
