Beginner & intermediate oriented classes that teach the fundamentals of Olympic Judo that are fun, inclusive and build a strong mind and body.

Advanced Judo
Open Mat Practice

Predominantly randori and newaza training. Great for experienced judo players who want to get in shape and enjoy the Olympic sport of judo. For yudansha and brown belts from all judo clubs.

Adaptive (Special Needs) Judo

A judo-based exercise program adapted to encourage participation in sports and physical activity for children with special needs.

Falling is a Technique!
F.I.T. Safe Falling Class

A specially designed class for adults over 50 with the goal to build strength, improve mobility and decrease the risk of injuries and bone fractures from falling.

Saturdays 12noon-1:00pm

Girls' Competitive
Judo Practice

A practice for committed girls and women to reach their goals through competitive judo. Open to all clubs.
