HJC Judo Fundamentals Classes
Beginner & intermediate oriented classes that teach the fundamentals of Olympic Judo that are fun, inclusive and build a strong mind and body.
Middle School & High School
Teens & Adults Class
Fridays 6:00pm-7:30pm (Starts June 17!)
Open Mat Practice
Predominantly randori and newaza training. Great for experienced judo players who want to get in shape and enjoy the Olympic sport of judo. For yudansha and brown belts from all judo clubs.
ABC After School Program
Character transforming class to motivate and empower the uninterested or struggling student to plug back into the learning process as well as to provide stellar students with opportunities for maturity, academic growth and advancement to levels of proficiency that will allow them to easily enter their desired field of study.
Adapted (Special Needs) Judo
A judo-based exercise program adapted to encourage participation in sports and physical activity for children with special needs.
